Vintage Vdub Product is covered by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee! Anything past 30 days of when items are received are exempt from our policy.
We do not offer returns for change of mind or a customer error in sizing.
You have 24 hours to change your mind or make an address change before our orders go into production. After an order is processed we cannot make changes or shipping addresses.
If your product is damaged or has any obvious issues, we will do a replacement Only. We require you to first Email us a picture showing the damage, blemish or imperfection and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Once received we will send you a brand new Same product at no cost to you. 
Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS

Pertaining to all Apparel & Print on Demand Products...  Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues or if you change your mind. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. 

Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified or refunded.

Damaged/Incorrect Order
 If you happen to receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product.  But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order on the affected items. Item(s) must be UNWORN and within the 30 day period from when you have received your order. Anything past this 30 day period is void of our guarantee.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. 

Returns & Exchanges

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order size simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number. Shipping is a non refundable.


Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange.
